How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are planned and not yet live. When they launch, a subscription will remove all advertisements and include an allowance of AI-tool uses per billing period, billed monthly or annually with auto-renew until cancelled (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period). Full subscription terms will be detailed in our Terms of Service.

What is on-demand pricing for AI tools?

AI tools are planned and not yet live. When they launch, some will be available on a pay-per-use basis — you'll pay only for the AI-tool uses you need, with no subscription commitment, charged at the time of use.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are not yet live. When they launch, you'll be able to cancel anytime, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period — benefits remain until then. Today, every shipped tool is already free.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

When paid plans launch, we will accept major credit cards and other methods through secure third-party payment processors, and full credit-card details will not be stored on our servers. Today, every shipped tool is free with no payment required.

Are there refunds for subscriptions?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are not yet live. When they launch, subscription fees will generally be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your subscription agreement or required by law (see our Terms of Service). For any billing question, contact us at nxttools@constagility.com.

Where is my data stored for local tools?

Accepted Answer

Statistics and data generated by local tools are stored entirely on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to sync or backup your data. How is my data handled when using AI tools?
