What to include when you reach out
If you're reporting a bug or unexpected behavior, a quick screenshot or short screen recording goes a long way — and so does the device model, the operating system version, and the NxtTools version (shown on the Settings screen inside the app). For feature requests, tell us the workflow you're trying to complete and we'll route it to the right place on the roadmap. For privacy, data, or account questions, name the email address or account in question so we can look it up quickly.

Press, partnerships, and bulk inquiries
If you're a journalist, content creator, educator, or business with a bulk-licensing question, write to the same support address with [Partnership] in the subject line. We respond personally to every partnership inquiry — there's no separate sales funnel — and we're happy to share product screenshots, a media kit, or set up a brief call.
What to expect
We're a small team and we read everything that comes in. Expect a reply within one business day on weekdays. Over a weekend or major holiday, a reply may take an extra day. If your message touches on billing or a data request that needs verification, the back-and-forth may take a couple of cycles — we'll keep you in the loop throughout.
